I’m starting this blog to keep myself motivated and to share photos that normally wouldn’t get posted anywhere else (Instagram/Flickr). I usually take a ton of photos on any given week, but only one or two get shared.
I’ll start with a day I spent up around Loveland Pass on November 7. After waiting in lift lines for way too long to take 4 runs at A-Basin/Keystone, I drove up to the Pass to get cell signal and take in the views of the surrounding peaks. The sun was getting lower in the sky so the light on the peaks was getting better by the minute.
This guy hiked up above Pass Lake to take some turns. Ended up doing a nice tomahawk. Still a lot of hidden rocks under that snow.
On the way back into Boulder I stopped at an overlook on 93 to grab some night photos
These night shots pushed me over the edge to finally upgrade from the original 5D to a 6D the following day…
